VariWeigh Mobile Weighing System
Our patent-pending VariWeigh mobile weighing system provides a versatile mobile weighing platform for both overhead and bulk weighing. Combined with compatible scales, VariWeigh offers a proprietary all-in-one weighing solution that is conveniently portable. 8020 extruded aluminum and industrial grade fasteners provide exceptional strength and durability. Total-lock casters ensure VariWeigh remains secure and stable during weighing processes, with caster locks that prevent both rolling and caster swivel. Large grip handles make transport and height adjustment ergonomic and safe.
For overhead weighing, VariWeigh can accommodate products up to 80 inches in length at full height. This allows users to accurately weigh large items that are typically difficult to weigh on a standard scale. Our proprietary force-assisted mechanism makes lifting and lowering the column a breeze. Hand locks securely lock the adjustable tower in any position within the adjustment range. For tote weighing or bulk weighing, a lower scale base provides additional capacity and versatility. The lower scale base is conveniently connected to the upper scale, reducing the need for additional hardware and simplifying operation.
