Rice Lake RoughDeck QC-X Quick Clean Extreme floor scales meet HACCP requirements for use in the most extreme washdown applications and raw material processing. Two built in lifting cylinders enable the operator to open and close the scale with minimal effort and the manual lock bars ensure that the scale remains open during an extended cleaning. With the absence of tubes and a continuous weld design, the QC-X can be easily cleaned to the point that no contaminants are left behind. A tool-less lock means that the scale can be locked and unlocked quickly and easily without having to bring extra equipment into the cleanroom area.

HACCP Approved: The QC-X meets HACCP requirements for use in the production of food, chemicals, and other raw materials.
Extreme Durability: Fully constructed of 304 stainless steel with a 1/4 inch thick top plate. Option of smooth top plate or diamond tread top plate available.
Microbial Resistance: The scale base is built from solid, stainless steel plates. The absence of tubes or channels means peace of mind when cleaning the scale. Continuous welds on the solid base plates follow strict sanitary design principles.
Cleaning Accessibility: QC-X is capable of opening up to 75 degrees for maximum accessibility
