Scales Plus will ship using the best method available to be the most cost effective for you, our customer. You'll notice we offer free ground shipping on a lot of our products. We are able to provide this because of the relationships and deals we've established with our partners and carriers. Many of the scales and balances found on our website ship direct from the manufacturer. This also helps to reduce cost, which is why we are able to give such great prices and free shipping!

Available Shipping Options

We offer ground and expedited shipping options when checking out on our website. Scales Plus primarily uses UPS, USPS and various LTL freight carriers for shipping services.

 

NOTES

 

          • We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Orders shipping to a PO box will be canceled without an updated physical address.

          • Saturday delivery is not available on our website. If you need this service, please call or chat with us.

          • Third-party billing or freight collect are not available on our website. To add shipping charges to your account, please contact us.

Free Ground Shipping

We offer free ground shipping for a large portion of our products and with a minimum order value of $295.00.  Some exclusions apply. See below:

     • Large, heavy or specialty items that require LTL freight
     • Orders that do not meet free shipping minimum order requirements
     • Items that require additional handling or service fees
     • Certain brands where ultra-competitive pricing restricts free shipping
     • Any expedited shipping option

     • Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
     • International orders

Product Availability

We attempt to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping lead times on all products whether in our inventory or otherwise. However, from time-to-time, inventory may not be available or a drop-ship designated product may be out-of-stock at our supplier. In the event a product is unavailable for delivery, we will promptly notify you and provide an estimated shipment date for those products which are not available. Where applicable, substitutions will be made available to you and can be substituted upon approval of the customer. However, if you can't wait or a substitution is not deserved, we will return your payment to you via the method originally used to place the order.

Tracking

Upon shipment of order, Scales Plus will provide a tracking number for Customer to track the status of shipments relating to their order. Tracking numbers are generated immediately upon shipment from our inventory. For applicable drop-ship products, our suppliers will provide tracking information promptly, however, there may be a short delay from the time of shipment to the time the tracking number is provided to you.
