The VariWeigh mobile weighing system from Scales Plus provides a versatile mobile weighing platform for both overhead and bulk weighing. Combined with compatible scales, VariWeigh offers a proprietary all-in-one weighing solution that is fully portable. For overhead weighing, VariWeigh can accommodate products ranging in length up to approximately 84 inches at full height. This allows users to accurately weigh large items that are typically difficult to weigh on a standard scale.
VariWeigh was purpose built with safety and reliability in mind. The proprietary bearing mechanism provides ergonomic and smooth adjustability from a height of 55 inches to 91.25 inches. Minimal force is needed to lift and lower the column even with a scale attached. Integral brake handles lock the height-adjustable column strongly in place in any position within the adjustable range. Total-lock 3" casters roll smoothly across surfaces and over thresholds at entry ways and between rooms. The caster locking mechanism locks the wheel and swivel mechanism simultaneously adding further safety and stability.
For bulk weighing applications, a second scale platform measuring up to 24" x 24" can be added to the VariWeigh lower base. Adding the second scale option provides a truly mobile weighing solution the includes both overhead and bulk weighing in one ergonomic and easy-to-use system.
