Rice Lake EL147IS Blue Jacket six conductor load cell cable is for connecting scale bases to digital indicators, replacing damaged cables, or extending existing cables. EL147IS cable is designed specifically for intrinsically safe applications and must be wired according to a Factory Mutual System-approved diagram and better suited for longer runs where sense lines may be used. Individual conductors are 20 AWG stranded copper and are encased in a double jacket of blue polyurethane over blue PVC for superior chemical and abrasion resistance. Conductors have the standard industry colors of red, black, green, white, blue and yellow. Shielding is provided by 80% braided tinned copper.
