Radwag AK-4/100 is designed to manage the entire calibration process from the moment the order is place to the completion of a calibration certificate through a system known as RMCS, the Radwag Mass Comparator System. Up to 3 individual weights, particularly classes E and F, can be tested against a single mass standard at a time. Compatibility with a THB sensor allows for monitoring of ambient conditions to ensure maximum control of measurement parameters. Permanent records of temperature, humidity, pressure, and vibrations are saved after every comparison. The AK-4 series is able to create, archive, and send calibration information to a PC where certifications of calibration can be printed with the assistance of pre-loaded, customizeable templates. Paired with the mass comparator is a 5.7" resistive, color touch screen indicator which displays all data clearly and has two programmable IR sensors, each of which can be designated specific tasks to perform hands-free. In addition to the hands-free operations of the indicator, the dual draft shield design further facilitates a sterile testing environment free of disturbances.
