OHAUS Ranger Counting Scales
OHAUS Ranger Count scales are purpose-built for industrial parts counting applications. They are designed to efficiently and accurately count small pieces and parts in bulk, simplifying the process by negating the labor associated with manual counting. Ranger Count is similar in design and construction to their Ranger counterparts, but with additional displays and keys to handle common parts counting operations. OHAUS Ranger Count 3000 is constructed from ABS plastic, while the Ranger Count 4000 features a die-cast housing for more demanding environments.
Both the Ranger Count 3000 and Ranger Count 4000 feature multiple displays, each providing a specific value relevant to the counting process. Total weight, total pieces, sample weight and other data is conveniently displayed in an easy-to-read format. Ranger Count comes standard with additional weighing modes including checkweighing, accumulation, checkcounting and standard weighing. A 30 item library saves sample weights for quick recall of common items. Indicators and lights for checkweighing and checkcounting processes, as well as overload and underload warnings, provide visual and audible alerts to the operation.
Ranger counting scales further improve productivity with their compact footprint, integrated carry handle and battery operation. This allows easy transport between workstations and production lines.
