Features
Die Cast Metal Housing: The OHAUS Ranger 4000 prioritizes durability by featuring a metal body, and slip-resistabt rubber feet to hold up to heavy use while ensuring accuracy in a range of environments.
Bright White LED Display: This bench scale features a 1.5" LED display to illuminate results, making reading the results very easy while also holding up to the challenges of industrial weighing.
Simple, Well-Designed Software: With OHAUS's SmarText™ software, The Ranger 4000 features simple, intuitive navigation and dedicated keys that make setting up the scale for weighing a snap.
Rapid Stabilization: With accurate results that display with one second of weighing, wait time is virtually eliminated, which increases efficiencies in your lab or business.

Internal Power Supply & Rechargable Battery: The OHAUS Ranger 4000 features a rechargable lead-acid battery with run-time up to 100 hours, ensuring reliability and long-time dependability. This bench scale also can easily be powered by a low-profile power supply, which adapts to varying power line voltages and frequencies, eliminating workflow disruptions.
Weighing: Determine the weight of items using the selected unit of measure.
Percent Weighing: Shows weights as a percentage of a set reference.
Parts Counting: count samples of a uniform weight.
Check Weighing/Percent/Counting: Compare the weight/percent/count of a sample against target limits. Modes include Checkweight, Checkpercent & Checkcount.
Accumulation: Totalization of weight, count or percent. Calculates total accumulated weight, count or percent of separate items.
Dynamic Weighing: Allows the user to weigh an unstable load. This is achieved by an average of weights that is calculated over a period of time.
Display Hold: Manually or automatically holds the last weight reading on the LED display. Easily activated by setting the interval of dynamic weighing to zero.
