The high capacity of 200 lbs doesn't slow down your throughput - you can still process up to 50 pieces per minute with +/- .05 lb repeatability. These checkweighers are ideal for a wide range of applications, from bagged concrete to fast-paced order fulfillment operations.
Minimal technical skill or training is needed to operate these sophisticated checkweighers. Features include data output in a variety of protocols, data logging and reporting options, ability to remotely change from one recipe to another and plenty more.
A large color touchscreen displays vibrant and easy-to-read weights and status for every package. Live weight and static display of last package weight along with colored weigh zones, from low reject to high reject are shown on-screen. Four levels of password protection ensure information security and ease-of-use for operators.
